- Arrived at Texas Tech following two seasons at Auburn, bolstering Texas Tech’s wide receiver room while adding another potential return candidate on special teams … will have two seasons of eligibility remaining as a Red Raider with the possibility of a redshirt … previously appeared in 24 games with the Tigers, including nine starts.
- Caught 65 passes for 908 yards and five touchdowns between his two seasons, while also rushing eight times for 55 yards and another score … totaled 1,120 all-purpose yards as a Tiger, adding 102 yards as a punt return and 55 yards on kick returns on only two attempts … recorded two 100-yard receiving performances, which, ironically, came in his final two games as a Tiger … caught at least one pass in 21 of 24 games overall with multiple receptions in 17 contests.
- Credited with 657 offensive snaps played by Pro Football Focus, which awarded him at least a 71.0 overall grade in both seasons … targeted 88 times in the passing game, per PFF, with 65 of those resulting in receptions … had only five drops overall, including just one as a sophomore in 2025 … bulk of his career yardage – 627 yards to be exact – has come after the catch due to his speed and quickness.
- 2025 SEASON (SOPHOMORE AT AUBURN): appeared in all 12 games as a sophomore, making three starts at wide receiver … served as Auburn’s primary punt return and key contributor on offense, hauling in 25 catches for 457 yards and two touchdowns, while also carrying four times for 42 yards and another score … made 16 punt returns on the season for 60 yards.
- Bulk of receiving yardage came in the final two games of the season with five catches for a career-high 149 yards and a touchdown versus Mercer (11/22) and then three receptions for 143 yards and another score versus rival Alabama (11/29) … touchdown versus Mercer came via a 91-yard strike midway through the third quarter that matched the third-longest reception in program history … went deep for another touchdown the next week versus Alabama on a 64-yard scoring play to start the second half … became the first Tiger receiver to record 140-plus receiving yards in consecutive games since Ronney Daniels in 1999.
- Other notable multi-catch outings includes four receptions for 37 yards against Ball State (9/6), four grabs for 30 yards at Oklahoma (9/20) and then two catches for 46 yards at Vanderbilt (11/8) … performance versus the Sooners included the lone rushing touchdown of his career, which came on an four-yard scamper midway through the fourth quarter.
- Credited with 365 offensive snaps by Pro Football Focus, which awarded him a 71.2 overall grade for the year … publication had him with 39 targets for the year with 25 resulting in receptions (64.1 percent) and only one drop … key contributor on special teams as well with 137 snaps, serving a regular member of all four main special teams units.
- 2024 SEASON (FRESHMAN AT AUBURN): put together one of the most-impressive debuts by an Auburn freshman in the school’s history … appeared in all 12 games, while making six starts overall, catching 40 passes for 451 yards and three touchdowns … marked the fifth-highest receiving total by an Auburn freshman in school history.
- Made his collegiate debut with three catches for 91 yards in the opener against Alabama A&M (8/31), which included a 57-yard touchdown strike late in the third quarter … also recovered a blocked punt in the end zone for a touchdown earlier in the quarter for his first career score … earned the start in the season opener at wide receiver despite being only a true freshman.
- Lone touchdown through the air during SEC play was via a 48-yard toss midway through the second quarter against Oklahoma (9/28) … was part of four catches for 61 yards versus the Sooners … previously began a streak of seven-consecutive games with at least three receptions a week earlier versus Arkansas (9/21) with five catches for 44 yards.
- Followed with four catches for 46 yards at Georgia (10/5), four catches for 29 yards at Missouri (10/19), three catches for 21 yards at Kentucky (10/26), three catches for 39 yards against Vanderbilt (11/2) and a career-best six grabs for 63 yards and a touchdown versus Louisiana-Monroe (11/16) … found the end zone versus Monroe on a 40-yard touchdown pass late in the third quarter … closed the season with four catches for 34 yards at Alabama (11/30).
- Contributed on special teams with four punt returns for 42 yards and a touchdown (via a fumble recovery) as well as two kick returns for 55 yards … utilized on all four special teams units, totaling 143 snaps per Pro Football Focus … inserted for 292 offensive snaps according to PFF, which gave him a 71.6 overall grade after hauling in 40 of 49 targets and totaling 335 yards after catch.
HIGH SCHOOL
- Attended Benjamin Russell High School in his hometown of Montgomery, Alabama … considered one of the top recruits out of the state of Alabama before signing with the nearby Tigers … was a team captain as a senior en route to leading Benjamin Russell to the Class 6A quarterfinals and a regional title.
- Earned first team All-State honors as a senior after catching 60 passes for 1,439 yards and 24 touchdowns, while also rushing for another eight scores … was a second team All-State selection as a punter his junior year … invited to the Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Game and the AHSAA North-South All-Star Game following his senior season.
- Multi-sport athlete, lettering in basketball as well as track and field … three-time state champion in the long jump and two-time state winner in the high jump at the Class 6A level … departed as the state record holder in the indoor high jump and the outdoor long jump, clearing seven feet as a senior while also leaping 24 feet and 11.25 inches.
- Consensus four-star prospect out of high school by the likes of Rivals, On3, ESPN and 247Sports … ranked as high as No. 24 nationally among wide receivers by ESPN as well as No. 29 by 247Sports and No. 36 by On3 … was the No. 12 recruit from the state of Alabama by 247Sports and in the top 25 by the other three publications … chose Auburn over similar offers from the likes of Arkansas, UCF and Liberty, among others.
