Texas Tech uses mobile tickets. Screenshots will not be accepted at the gate.

Arrive early
Student, club, suite and select premium gates open two hours before kickoff. All other gates open 90 minutes before kickoff.
Bags
Review the clear bag policy
Clear bags may not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". Small clutch bags and medically necessary items are permitted under policy guidelines.
Re-Entry
No re-entry
Re-entry is not permitted. A new ticket is required for admission back into Galaxy Stadium.

Red Raider Loyalty
Football student attendance uses Red Raider Loyalty Reservations and Claims. Check your points and game status in the Red Raiders app before heading to Galaxy Stadium, and bring your valid TTU Student ID for student entry. Students with a Claim should arrive at least 15 minutes before kickoff.

Best Route to Travel
Best Route to Travel to Galaxy Stadium
Fans attending football games at Galaxy Stadium are advised to arrive early to avoid traffic congestion around the stadium close to kickoff. Fans with reserved parking passes issued by Texas Tech Athletics should follow the printed directions on the back of each parking pass.
Stadium Location: Galaxy Stadium is located on the Texas Tech campus near the intersection of Marsha Sharp Freeway and University Avenue.

Directions to Galaxy Stadium
- From Lubbock International Airport or north via I-27 / US 87: Take I-27 south toward downtown Lubbock. Exit onto Marsha Sharp Freeway (US 82) west and continue toward Texas Tech University and Galaxy Stadium.
- From the east or southeast via US 84, or south via US 87: Follow US 84 or US 87 into Lubbock and connect to I-27 north. Exit onto Marsha Sharp Freeway (US 82) west and continue toward Texas Tech University and Galaxy Stadium.
- From the east via US 82: Follow US 82 west into Lubbock. Continue onto Marsha Sharp Freeway toward Texas Tech University and Galaxy Stadium.
- From the west via US 62/82: Follow US 62/82 east on Marsha Sharp Freeway toward Texas Tech University and Galaxy Stadium.
Gameday traffic: Traffic patterns may alter normal routes. Reserved-parking pass holders should follow the directions provided with their parking pass and directions from traffic-control personnel.

Citibus Park & Ride
Citibus provides roundtrip gameday shuttle service beginning three hours before kickoff, with postgame service continuing up to one hour after the game ends.
Service is cashless through the GoPass app.

At the Gates
Entering Galaxy Stadium
Have your ticket ready, know your gate and review ticketing, assistance and entry policies before reaching the screening area.
Tickets & Box Office
The Texas Tech Ticket Office opens three hours prior to kickoff. Tickets may be purchased online or at ticket windows located at Gate 1, Gate 3 and the main ticket office on the south end of the East Stadium Building.
All individuals ages 2 and older must present a valid ticket to enter Galaxy Stadium. Patrons assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than the Texas Tech Athletics Ticket Office.
Mobile Tickets
All tickets are mobile and electronically scanned using Tap and Go or NFC technology. Screenshots will not be accepted.
Add tickets to your mobile wallet before arriving at the stadium. Lost or misplaced tickets can be retrieved by the primary account holder through the online ticketing account.
Gate Opening Times
Student, club, suite and select premium gates open two hours prior to kickoff.
All other Galaxy Stadium gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
Reminder: Re-entry is not permitted without a new ticket.
Clear Bag & Security Screening
All guests entering Galaxy Stadium are subject to security screening. Patrons attending Texas Tech football home games will be screened at each entry point using the Evolv Express weapons detection system.
Guests should also review Texas Tech's Clear Bag Policy before arrival. Prohibited items must be returned to a vehicle or discarded and cannot be left at the gate.
Express lanes are available at all gates for fans without items requiring inspection.
Ticket & Fan Assistance
Ticket and fan assistance is available at Gates 1 and 3 and at the main ticket office on the east side of Galaxy Stadium.
Only the account holder on record may manage tickets on an account, and photo ID may be required. Fans needing special arrangements should contact the Ticket Office in advance at 806-742-TECH (8324).

Concessions at Galaxy Stadium
Galaxy Stadium features 17 permanent concession stands, marketplaces and portable locations throughout the concourse. The stadium is fully cashless, with credit and debit cards and mobile payments accepted.

Guest Services
Guest Services locations are available at Gates 1 and 3 on the west side and at the main ticket office on the east side. Guest Services closes at halftime.

Accessibility
Guests requiring ADA elevator access to west-side seating may enter through Gate 1B and use elevators to the mezzanine level.
Designated stroller and wheelchair parking areas are located inside Gates 1, 3 and 4. These areas are not monitored or secured; guests are responsible for items left in the designated areas.

First Aid & Heat Management
First Aid stations are located on the west and east concourses. In an emergency, contact a Police Officer or Event Staff member.
Guests with pre-existing medical conditions or special needs are encouraged to check in at First Aid and inform attendants of their seating location.
Heat Management stations may be available at Gates 1, 3, 4 and 6 for selected games based on weather conditions.
Merchandise
Official Texas Tech merchandise is available at Red Raider Outfitters locations throughout Galaxy Stadium.
Restrooms & Seatbacks
Men's, Women's and Family restrooms are located throughout the concourse. Stadium seats may be rented on game day at Gates 1, 3 and 4.

Experience gameday inside the Cash Family Sports Nutrition Center with food and non-alcoholic beverages, air-conditioned comfort, private restrooms, college football on TVs and live audio of the Double T 97.3 pregame show.
Raider Alley
Raider Alley at the historic Engineering Key opens four hours prior to kickoff with live music, a pregame pep rally, fan activities, food and beverage options and college football on outdoor TVs.
Digital Game Program

Raider Red's Kids Club

A — Accessibility & ADA Seating
ADA Elevator Access
Guests requiring ADA access to west-side seating may show a mobile ticket at Gate 1B and use elevators to the mezzanine level.
ADA Seating
ADA seating, including wheelchair spaces, is available on a game-by-game basis. Guests needing alternate seating may contact the Texas Tech Ticket Office at 806-742-TECH (8324).
ADA Barriers
Standing is not permitted behind designated ADA barriers.
Stroller & Wheelchair Parking
Designated stroller and wheelchair parking areas are located inside Gates 1, 3 and 4. These areas are not monitored or secured; guests are responsible for items left in the designated areas.
ADA Parking
Public ADA parking, ADA spaces within permit lots, placard requirements and accessible shuttle details are maintained on the dedicated football parking page.
B — Bags, Beverages & Bus Service
Approved Bags
- Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12".
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag.
- Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand.
- Medically necessary items after proper inspection.

Outside Food & Beverage
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. One unopened bottle of water, 20 ounces or smaller and not frozen, or an empty beverage container may be brought into outdoor athletics events.
Alcoholic Beverages
Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into Galaxy Stadium or removed from the stadium. Beer and wine are available for purchase at select concession locations inside the stadium.

C — Cameras, Cashless Venue, Concessions & Conduct
Photography
Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use. Cameras with telescopic lenses 4 inches or longer, lenses with a focal length of 300mm or greater, video cameras and commercial photography are prohibited.
Cashless Venue
Galaxy Stadium and Texas Tech Athletics venues are cashless. Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay are accepted at points of sale. There are no functioning ATMs inside Galaxy Stadium.
Concessions
Food and beverage locations are available throughout the concourse. View current concession menus and locations.
Fan Code of Conduct
Texas Tech Athletics is committed to a safe, welcoming and sportsmanlike environment for all guests. Fans are expected to:
- Show respect to fellow fans, teams, game officials and venue staff and avoid disruptive, inconsiderate or unruly behavior.
- Use good sportsmanship and refrain from abusive or obscene language or gestures.
- Help identify and report inappropriate behavior to venue staff.
- Follow directions from venue staff, including emergency procedures, and remain off the playing surface unless properly authorized.
- Avoid fighting, throwing objects and other conduct that is detrimental to others.
- Consume alcohol legally and responsibly and refrain from unauthorized commercial activity on university property.
Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct or stadium policies may result in ejection from the venue without a ticket refund.
F — Field Access, Firearms & First Aid
Field Access
Field access is limited to individuals with the proper credential.
Firearms & Weapons
Firearms, weapons, explosives and fireworks are prohibited inside Galaxy Stadium.
First Aid
First Aid stations are located on the west and east concourses. In an emergency, contact a Police Officer or Event Staff member.

G — Gates, Guest Services & Will Call
Gate Openings
Gates 1, 3, 3A, 4, 4A, 5, 8 and 10 open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Student, club, suite and select premium gates open two hours prior to kickoff.
Student Entry
Texas Tech students should check their Red Raider Loyalty Reservation or Claim status before arriving and must bring a valid TTU Student ID for student entry. Students with a Claim should arrive at least 15 minutes before kickoff.

Fan Assistance & Will Call
- Fan Assistance: Gates 1, 3 and the East Ticket Office.
- Media Will Call: Gate 1B.
- Visiting Team Will Call: Gate 3A at the northwest corner of the stadium. Visiting Team Will Call opens 90 minutes prior to kickoff and closes at halftime.
- Texas Tech Player Guest Assistance: any stadium box office. Player-guest tickets are mobile and are sent to guests the day prior to gameday.
- Non-Football Recruits Check-In: Cash Family Sports Nutrition Center north doors.
- Football Recruits Check-In: Womble Football Center.
High School Football Coaches
Eligible varsity high school football coaches may request up to two complimentary admissions for Texas Tech home games. The request window opens at 9 a.m. Monday of each home-game week, and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Approved tickets are mobile and are sent the day prior to gameday.

Premium Seating Entry
- West Stadium Suites & Club Level: Gate 2.
- North Stadium Club: Gates 3A and 4A.
- East Stadium Suites & Club Level: Gate 5.
- South Stadium Suites: Gate 9.
Guests must have the appropriate suite or club ticket for admission.
Guest Services
Guest Services locations are available at Gates 1 and 3 on the west side and at the main ticket office on the east side. Guest Services closes at halftime.
H — Heat Management
Heat Management stations may be located at Gates 1, 3, 4 and 6, providing water refills and sunscreen at selected games based on weather conditions.
L — Lost Children & Lost and Found
Lost Children
In case of a missing child, contact a Police Officer or Event Staff member. Lost children will be escorted to one of the stadium security offices located on the west and east concourses.
Lost and Found
Items found inside the stadium are turned over to the TTPD Stadium Security Office. Items unclaimed after the game are taken to TTPD offices at 2901 4th Street.
M — Merchandise & Mobile Tickets
Merchandise
Officially licensed Texas Tech merchandise is available at Red Raider Outfitters locations throughout Galaxy Stadium. Unauthorized merchandise may not be sold on the grounds in or around the stadium. Guests approached by an unauthorized merchandise seller should report the person and location to Event Staff or a Police Officer.
Mobile Ticket Scanning
All tickets are mobile and electronically scanned using Tap and Go or NFC technology. Screenshots will not be accepted, and re-entry is not permitted without a new ticket.

Raider Alley
Raider Alley at the historic Engineering Key opens to the public four hours before kickoff with live entertainment, fan activities, food and beverage options and pregame programming.
Food and beverages purchased in Raider Alley may not be brought into Galaxy Stadium.

Raider Red's Kids Club
Young Red Raiders in eighth grade and under can join Raider Red's Kids Club for additional Texas Tech Athletics activities and experiences.

S — Security, Smoking, Solicitation, Seatbacks & Suites
Security Screening

Security measures are continually reviewed and are subject to change as conditions warrant.
Smoking
Galaxy Stadium is a smoke-free facility, including electronic cigarettes and vaping. There are no smoking areas inside the stadium. Guests who leave the stadium to smoke will need a new ticket for admission because re-entry is not permitted.
Solicitation
Texas Tech University policy prohibits unauthorized solicitations, advertisements, sales, displays, distributions or publications on campus, including the grounds in and around the stadium. This includes unauthorized solicitation of charitable donations and event tickets. Violators may be asked to leave the stadium or campus.

Stadium Seats
Stadium seats may be rented on game day at Gates 1, 3 and 4. Season ticket holders may order a season seatback through Red Raider Seats or by calling 866-909-8090.

Suites & Club Seating
West Stadium Suites and Club Level seating are accessible through Gate 2; North Stadium Club through Gates 3A and 4A; East Stadium Suites and Club Level through Gate 5; and South Stadium Suites through Gate 9. Fans must have the appropriate suite or club ticket for entry.

Tickets
The Texas Tech Ticket Office opens three hours prior to kickoff. Tickets may be purchased at Gate 1, Gate 3, the main ticket office on the south end of the East Stadium Building or online. All individuals ages 2 and older must present a valid ticket to enter Galaxy Stadium.

Throwing Objects
Anyone throwing objects inside the stadium or onto the field may be subject to ejection and/or arrest. Ticket refunds are not available to individuals ejected from the stadium.
U — Umbrellas
Umbrellas are prohibited inside Galaxy Stadium. Guests should consider appropriate rain gear in case of inclement weather.
