PERSONAL
- Appeared in five games as a true freshman as a backup wide receiver … ended the season splitting time as the primary backup to Caleb Douglas at the “Z” wide receiver position … scout team member.
- Caught five passes for 76 yards and two touchdowns on the season … had a touchdown grab in each of his first two collegiate games with one catch for 13 yards against Arkansas-Pine Bluff (8/30) and then two receptions for 50 yards versus Kent State … later caught two passes for 13 yards during Big 12 play against UCF (11/15).
- Provided Texas Tech’s final touchdown in its rout of UAPB in the season opener, hauling in a 13-yard strike from Mitch Griffis with 3:20 remaining … one of two true freshmen to find the end zone in the opener, joining fellow wide receiver Leyton Stone.
- Other touchdown came via a 38-yard pass from Will Hammond the next week versus Kent State … touchdown gave the Red Raiders a commanding 55-0 lead midway through the third quarter … also brought down a 12-yard pass the play before, converting a third down before finding the end zone seconds later.
HIGH SCHOOL
- Attended Frisco Lone Star High School in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex … big play threat as one of the top wide receiver prospects in the state of Texas … helped lead Lone Star to a 12-2 record and an appearance in the Class 5A Division I state quarterfinals as a senior … previously helped push the Rangers to the area round of the playoffs his junior season.
- Tabbed to the All-District 5-5A first team as a senior … previously earned first team All-District 6-5A honors as a junior after catching 64 passes for 1,092 yards and 15 touchdowns … averaged an impressive 17.1 yards per catch en route to earning honorable mention All-State accolades by the Texas Sports Writers Association (TSWA).
- Member of the Lone Star track and field program in addition to football … advanced to the Class 5A state meet as a senior as a member of the 4x200-meter relay … clocked at 10.79 in the 100-meters his senior year, a personal best.
- Listed as a four-star prospect by both ESPN and Rivals and a three-star recruit by On3 and 247Sports … consensus top-100 player in the state of Texas by all four publications … ranked as high as No. 53 nationally among wide receivers by ESPN … considered the No. 52 prospect in Texas by ESPN and at No. 56 by 247Sports, No. 58 by Rivals and at No. 64 by On3 … named one of the top 100 recruits in the DFW area for the 2025 class by the Dallas Morning News.
