- Played football at Boswell High School in Fort Worth, Texas, a 3-6A program under head coach Wes Weaver.
- Graduated from Boswell in May 2024.
- During senior season, in fall 2023, the defensive back had 82 tackles, five interceptions, three tackles for loss, and two forced fumbles before being named a 3-6A Second Team All-District DB.
- Was named the Boswell Student-Athlete of the Week on Sept. 22, 2023, following an interception against Trinity along with 11 tackles. At that time during the season, he had forced a turnover in every game, recording three interceptions and a fumble recovery through four games.
- Was a team captain and named to the school's honor roll.
- In addition to playing in the secondary, he also took reps at quarterback and wide receiver during high school career.
