- Attended Papillon-La Vista High School located just outside of Omaha, Neb. … one of the first Red Raider signees out of the state of Nebraska in recent years … helped push the Monarchs to the Class A state quarterfinals as a senior before eventually falling to state runner-up Omaha Westside.
- Two-way player for the Monarchs as both an offensive tackle and a defensive end … will play on the offensive line for the Red Raiders … recorded 45 pancake blocks his senior year alone to go along with 43 tackles, 4.0 sacks and an interception defensively … previously recorded 20 tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss and 4.5 sacks as a junior for a program that finished 8-2 overall.
- Member of the school’s basketball and track and field programs … qualified for the state meet as a junior in the shot put, finishing 10th overall.
