- Outdoor: Ran in four outdoor meets in debut outdoor campaign … up first career victory at ACU Wes Kittley Invitational with 15:28.58 in 5000m … won the WT Classic & Multi 5000m with a 15:45.07 … turned in big 5K PR of 14:58.34 at Bryan Clay Invitational to finish third … placed second in 5000m at Texas Tech Corky/Crofoot Shootout.
- Indoor: Ran the 3000m at three meets … ran personal-best 8:57.90 at Texas Tech Open … rivaled PR in final indoor meet with 8:59.85 at Texas Tech Shootout.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2017)
- Outdoor: Did not compete.
- Indoor: Did not compete.
- Cross Country: Competed in six meets for the Red Raiders ... began year with 10th place finish at Texas Tech-New Mexico State Duel … ran first 6K at Texas Invitational Cross Country Meet, finishing 13th with a 19:11.7 … finished 39th at Chile Pepper XC Festival 10K … ran 8K PR of 25:11.7 at Adidas DI Pre-Nationals … ran at Mountain Region Championships.
