Previously in Texas Tech Softball:
Gerry Glasco has used 17 different lineups through 17 different games this season. Glasco had 57 different lineups in 68 games last year, so this isn't anything new for Texas Tech fans. With the talent on the roster, Glasco is looking for different ways to incorporate all the skillsets of the team.
Kaitlyn "KT" Terry has been arguably the team's best player through the first three weekends. She leads the team in batting average (.486) and has a 6-0 record in the circle with a 1.34 ERA and 47 strikeouts to her credit. KT also threw the 11th no-hitter in program history as Tech routed UC Riverside 16-0.
NiJaree Canady and Samantha Lincoln have made the Red Raiders starting three pitchers look unbeatable. Canady has a 1.41 ERA on the year and a 6-1 record with 49 strikeouts in 39.2 innings of work. Lincoln leads the team with a 0.64 ERA through 22.0 innings of work and has 21 strikeouts to her credit while boasting a perfect 4-0 record on the season.
