2009 OUTDOOR:Named All-American in the 4x400M relay placing eighth with a time of 3:04.81 ... ran a season-best time of 3:02.75 at the Midwest Regional in the 4x400M relay ... ran a 47.36 at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships. 2009 INDOOR:Member of the All-Big 12 distance medley relay ... ran a season best time of 1:11.30 in the 600Y at the Texas Tech Invitational ... placed 12th at the Big 12 Indoor Championships with at time of 1:11.34 ... member of the 4x400M relay that placed third at the Texas Tech Invitational. 2008 OUTDOOR: Ran a personal best in the 400M finishing third with a mark of 46.87 at the ACU Invitational ... earned all-conference honors at the Big 12 Championships as a member of the 4X400M with a mark of 3:07.42 ... finished third in the distance medley relay at the Texas Relays with a mark of 9:46.67. 2008 INDOOR: Was a member of the 4X400M relay that finished first at the Texas Tech Invitational twice with a best mark of 3:09.05 ... the relay team earned all-conference honors at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 3:08.38 placing third ... the relay team also finished first at the United Heritage Invitational with a mark of 3:13.03 ... finished first in the 400M at the United Heritage Invitational ... ran a personal best in the 600Y at the Big 12 Championships with a mark of 1:10.12, and earned all-conference honors placing second.
