LUBBOCK, Texas – The No. 20 Texas Tech Lady Raiders are back at home with a huge matchup against the No. 15-ranked Baylor Bears on Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the United Supermarkets Arena. Baylor leads the all-time series against the Lady Raiders, 56-48. Texas Tech snapped a 31-game Baylor winning streak in December when the Lady Raiders defeated the Bears by a 61-60 score in Waco, Texas. It was also Tech's first win in Waco since Feb. 8, 2004.
With a win, Texas Tech will earn its third top-15 victory this season, tying for the lead in the Big 12 with West Virginia. The Lady Raiders earned a win at No. 15 Baylor on Dec. 21, 2025, then picked up a win over No. 12 TCU on Feb. 1. If Tech wins, the Lady Raiders would be tied for second place in the league with an 11-4 record, along with West Virginia and Baylor. TCU leads with an 11-3 record in Big 12.
