Red Raiders host ACU on Tuesday

LUBBOCK, Texas – The No. 68-ranked Texas Tech Red Raiders welcome the ACU Wildcats on Tuesday at 5 p.m. at the McLeod Tennis Center. The Red Raiders lead the all-time record against the Wildcats, 37-2, dating back to 1975, with Texas Tech winning four out of the last five of the matchups since 2020.

Texas Tech (11-6, 2-1 Big 12) returns home this weekend after defeating Oklahoma State, 4-3, at the Greenwood Tennis Center on Saturday, March 22. In dual doubles, the duo of Niksa Arsic and Thiago Guglieri remain undefeated with an 8-0 record, while the tandem of Piotr Pawlak and Sebastian Abboud lead the way with 11 wins. In dual singles, freshman Ludovico Vaccari leads the team with 11 wins, followed by Abboud with 10 and Arsic with nine.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
The ACU Wildcats are 10-6 on the season. They have key wins over Lamar University, University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and Lubbock Christian University. Some losses were against University of Texas Austin, Rice University and TCU.
