JUNIOR SEASON (2025)
Played in all 30 matches for the Red Raiders ... led the team and Big 12 conference in digs (578) and digs per set (4.82) ... her 578 digs ranks second-best in a single season in program history ... had 47 aces on the year which led the team and ranks eighth-best for a single season in program history ... recorded double-digit digs in all but one match this season ... had 18 matches of 20+ digs this season ... posted a season-high 30 digs against No. 23 Baylor (Nov. 20) ... had two double-doubles this season against UC-San Diego (Sept. 13) where she posted 10 assists and 26 digs and against Cincinnati (Nov. 14) where she recorded 10 assists and 28 digs ... recorded a career-high five aces three times against West Virginia (Nov. 12), No. 20 TCU (Nov. 22) and Houston (Nov. 26) ... had 13 matches with multiple aces.
PRIOR TO TEXAS TECH (Wyoming)
Was one of four Cowgirls to appear in all 121 sets in 2023 and started the final 17 matches of the season at libero. Led Wyoming with 330 digs and 2.73 per set. Finished second on the team with 34 service aces and 86 assists. Had 19 matches with 10-plus digs and had eight matches with six-or-more assists. Had a season-best nine assists in the win at San Diego State (11/9) and had 21 digs in the season finale against Montana State (12/6). Was named the Mountain West Freshman of the Week October 9.
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB
Grizzle was a multiple-time letter winner at Mountain View High School. She was a two-time all-conference and four-time all-state selection. She was named the Idaho Player of the Year following her senior season. Grizzle was also a multiple-time academic all-conference honoree and holds the school record for most single-match kills with 30.
