Opened his outdoor season at the Maryland B1G Invite (3/26) placing second in the high jump (2.03m)... competed in the high jump (2.04m) at the B1G North Florida Invitational (4/2)... placed second in the long jump (7.25m) at the Rutgers B1G Tri-Meet (4/10)... competed in the high jump (2.04m) at the Husker Big Ten Invite (4/16)... competed in the high jump (2.00m) at the Jesse Owens Invitational (4/30)... placed first in the high jump (2.08m) at the Jim Thorpe Invite (5/7).. Placed third in the high jump (2.14m) and competed in the long jump (5.94m) at the Big Ten Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/14)... placed sixth in the high jump (2.19m) at the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round (5/26)... competed in the high jump at the NCAA Division I Track and Field Championships (6/9), earning an All-American honorable mention
