Big 12 Long Jump Champion...finished first overall at the Big 12 Championships in the long jump with a mark of 8.03-meters (26'-4.25')...first Big 12 Outdoor Long Jump Champion in school history...marked the No. 2 wind-aided mark in school history in the event and the No. 8 mark in the world at the time...Big 12 Runner-Up in the triple jump...finished second in the event with a season-best mark of 16.09-meters (52'-9.50') - the No. 7 mark in school history...advanced to the NCAA West Preliminaries in both the long jump and triple jump.
2013 INDOOR
NCAA Triple Jump Champion...finished first overall at the NCAA Championships in the triple jump with a school record mark of 16.96-meters (55'-7.75')...finished fifth at the Big 12 Championships in the long jump with a season-best mark of 7.34-meters (24'-1.00')...finished fourth at the Tyson Invitational in the triple jump with a mark of 16.26-meters (53'-4.25').
2012 OUTDOOR:
Recorded two top-five finishes in the long jump...held the No. 8 spot nationally in the long jump before suffering an injury at the NCAA West Preliminaries...placed fourth at the Big 12 Championships with a mark of 25'-2.50'...also one of the top triple jumpers in the nation holding the No. 4 mark nationally at 54'-4' entering the West Preliminaries.
2012 INDOOR:
Earned first team All-American status in the long jump with a third place finish at the NCAA Championships where he recorded a mark of 25'-9.50'...recorded a season-best mark of 26'-0.75' to place first at the Texas Tech Open (1/20-21)...also competed in the 55m dash where he ran a season-best time of 6.42 in the preliminaries at the Texas Tech Open (1/13-14).
2011 OUTDOOR -
Competed in the long jump and triple jump...placed fifth at the NCAA Championships in the long jump with a mark of 8.15-meters (26'-9.00') to earn All-America honors...placed second at the NCAA West Preliminaries in the long jump with a mark of 7.79-meters (25'-6.75') to advance to the NCAA Championships...finished second in the triple jump at the NCAA West Preliminaries with a season-best mark of 16.07-meters (52'-8.75').
2011 INDOOR -
Competed in the long jump and the triple jump...placed fourth in the long jump at the NCAA Championships to earn All-America honors with a mark of 7.93-meters (26'-0.25')...placed fifth in the long jump at the Big 12 Championships with a mark of 7.56-meters (24'-9.75').
2010 OUTDOOR -
National qualifier in both the long jump and triple jump ... All-Big 12 in the long jump ... season bests of a wind-aided 26'-5 in the long jump and a wind-aided 52'-10' in the triple jump ... won two event titles during the season.
2010 INDOOR:
All-American in the long jump as he placed fifth ... also competed in the triple jump at the national meet ... first Red Raider and first Big 12 athlete to win the Big 12 Indoor Performer of the Year, Freshman of the Year and High Point performer of the Big 12 Championships ... Big 12 Champion in the triple jump and long jump ... set Big 12 meet record in the long jump with a mark of 26'-8.50' ... school records of 54'-00.50 in the triple jump and 26'-8.50 in the long jump ... ranked in the top 10 in both events throughout the season ... won a total of five event titles.
CHANDLER:
Named Athlete of the year and most valuable player for Chandler High Freshman (2005) thru Senior (2009) year ... male Gatorade Athlete of the Year in Arizona for two year 2006-2007 and 2008-2009 ... holds the Arizona state record in the triple jump with a 52'-6.50' ... holds the Arizona state record in the long jump at 25'-11.75' ... all-state in the long jump, triple jump, 100M, 200M, 4x400M and 4x100M ... member of the state's all-time 400 x100 relay team (41.09) ... member of the US Junior World team in 2007 featured on the cover of ESPN rise in 2009. PERSONAL: Bryce Lamb was born on November 9, 1990 son of Darryl and Shawn Lamb ... has two sibling's sister Dominique, brother Ashtyn cousin Taylor and Terra Evans also members of Texas Tech track team ... Bryce's favorite past time is sleeping, listening to music and hanging out with family and friends ... majoring in accounting and finance.
