Made one appearance as a junior on Feb. 20 in the first game of a doubleheader against Milwaukee on opening weekend … tossed 1.1 innings in relief, allowed four runs on three hits, walking two and striking out two.

Played at Hill College for two seasons (2013-14) for head coach Chris Ratike... as a sophomore won three games in 14 appearances (13 starts) with a complete game, 67.2 innings, 54 strikeouts and 28 walks... pitched in the 2013 Texas/New Mexico All-Star Game - a showcase of the top junior college players in the NJCAA Region V... helped lead team to 25 wins, including a 13-19 record in league play... pitched at least five innings on nine occasions... earned the win pitching six innings allowing one run on three hits with five strikeouts and six walks against Indian Hills CC (3/12/14)... matched a season-high seven strikeouts during final start of his junior college career going 6.1 innings against Grayson County College (4/30/14)... as a freshman made 12 outings (9 starts) with a 5-4 record, 4.68 ERA, one complete game, 57.2 innings, 32 strikeouts and 27 walks...
