Texas Tech Women's Tennis Doubles Team Falls at Tournament

AUSTIN, Texas - The Texas Tech women's tennis doubles team of Alenka Ovin and Ghislaine Hernandez were defeated in the third round of the ITA Southwest Regional today.

After winning two matches on Friday, the duo was defeated by Garcia and Ostling of Arkansas 6-2, 6-3.

Ovin will play again on Saturday when she faces Anke Reints of Houston in the quarterfinals of the singles consolation bracket.

The Regional is the final tournament for the women this fall.
