SENIOR SEASON (2016-17)
Temple came away with 2.3 points, 1.1 rebounds and 0.4 assists per game with 30 of his 32 appearances off the bench … Earned starts against Texas (March 1) on Senior Night and versus Texas (March 8) at the Big 12 Tournament … Four of his Top 5 scoring performances were in non-conference play where he averaged 5.7 points per game and made 16-of-21 from the floor during a six-game stretch (Nov. 25-Dec. 21) … Opened run with 11 points, three rebounds and two assists against Idaho State (Nov. 25) … Racked up season-highs with 13 points, six rebounds and three assists versus UTSA (Dec. 7) … Added eight points against Nicholls State (Dec. 14) … Tacked on six points and four rebounds against Longwood (Dec. 21) … Provided five points and two rebounds versus No. 25 Kansas State (Jan. 10) … Scored points in six of his last nine appearances (Feb. 7-March 8) … Pumped in five points at Oklahoma State (Feb. 25) … Racked up eight of his 10 points fueled by a pair of treys during the first half against Texas (March 8) at Big 12 Tournament.
JUNIOR SEASON (2015-16)
Temple provided 3.5 points, 1.7 rebounds and 0.7 assists per game over his 25 appearances … Scored in 21 of his 25 appearances and grabbed a rebound in 20 contests … Made his season debut during the South Dakota State game (Dec. 16) … Tallied six points, a career-high three assists and three rebounds against Arkansas-Pine Bluff (Dec. 19) … Added three points during Big 12 opener versus Texas (Jan. 2) … Tacked on three points and two rebounds against No. 1 Kansas (Jan. 9) … Pumped in eight points and grabbed four rebounds at TCU (Jan. 18) … Started Tech’s last 15 games (Jan. 23-March 17) which began against No. 6 West Virginia filling in mostly for an injured Norense Odiase … Exploded for a career-high 11 points on 4-of-8 shooting at No. 1 Oklahoma (Jan. 30) … Secured four points and two rebounds during opening half at Texas (Feb. 6) … Turned in a solid all-around effort with five points, four rebounds and two assists during Tech’s upset of No. 3 Oklahoma (Feb. 17) … Matched a career-best with 11 points on 5-of-7 from the floor at Oklahoma State (Feb. 20) … Came away with six points apiece at No. 2 Kansas (Feb. 27) and at No. 10 West Virginia (March 2) … Chipped in two points and a block versus Butler (March 17) during Tech’s first NCAA Tournament game since the 2007 season … Participated in summer workouts and joined the team as a walk-on after being encouraged to try out by former Red Raider Clark Lammert … Traveled with the team to Canada in August 2015 but did not play … Became eligible after the fall semester … Played rec basketball prior to joining the program and won a pair of fraternity championships with Delta Tau Delta.
