FRESHMAN SEASON (2017)

Four-year letterwinner for coach Scott Sanders at Maud High School … helped Maud HS to four-straight postseason appearances, including the regional final in 2016 … tossed a 10-2 record senior season behind a 0.67 ERA and 165 strikeouts … senior year also included four no-hitter performances … earned All-State First Team honors both senior & junior seasons … recorded an 8-2 record as a junior with a 0.61 ERA and 108 strikeouts in 2015 … threw three 16+ strikeout no-hitters as a junior, including a 20-strikeout performance … All-State selection by both the Texas Sports Writers Association and the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association (2015) … earned Region Pitcher of the Year by Texarkana Gazette ... also received Perfect Game Preseason All-American Honorable Mention honors (2016) ...
