Played at Temple College for two seasons (2010-2011) for head coach Craig McMurtry... as a sophomore made four starts going 4-0 with a 2.25 ERA in 24.0 innings allowing 16 hits, seven runs (6 earned) with 25 strikeouts and four walks allowed... suffered season-ending Tommy John surgery midway through the season... named a 2010 Fall Region V JUCO All-Star... as a freshman in 20 appearances went 8-3 with a 3.59 ERA in 82.2 innings allowing 80 hits, 43 runs (33 earned) with 49 strikeouts and 21 walks allowed... 2010 first team all-conference... helped lead team to Region V championship and to an appearance at NJCAA JUCO World Series... William Brannon Easterling... born August 1, 1990, in College Station, Texas... son of Marty and Darla Easterling... has a younger brother, Reece... grandfather, Earl Morris, played football at then-Texas A&I (now Texas A&M University-Kingsville) from 1957-1960 while helping lead team to the 1959 National Championship.
