"Culver and Zhaire were some of our best players this summer starting with pick-up games," Beard said. "These guys can play, and I think that our young guys for the most part are doing their part. I would really just challenge our seniors to step up. We've got to get better play out of Niem, Norense and Justin. Keenan's got to shoot the ball better. Everybody's got to step up this time of year. It's not calling guys out it's just the truth. We've got to coach better this time of year. We've got to put our guys in better positions. The grind continues, but I think everybody in our program - myself included - feels an individual responsibility to do the best they can individually. Then, as a team, we've just got to keep grinding."
