PREVIEW: Lady Raiders Host Alcorn State Sunday

LUBBOCK, Texas – The Texas Tech Lady Raiders welcome Alcorn State on Sunday for one of the last non-conference games of the season.

Tip-off is set for 3 p.m. at the United Supermarkets Arena.

Fans can purchase tickets to Sunday's game for as low as $5 online at www.TexasTech.com or in person on gameday at the United Supermarkets Arena Ticket Office starting 90 minutes prior to tipoff.

PARKING
Texas Tech is encouraging fans to arrive as early as possible to men's and women's basketball games due to the temporary closure to the entrance and exit of the Commuter West Lot at the Texas Tech Parkway and Knoxville Avenue. This entrance and exit will be closed from Dec. 5 to Jan. 13 for construction. Fans are asked to use the entrances and exits off Indiana Avenue when arriving from the north along with the entrances and exits at Indiana Avenue and 18th Street when arriving from 19th Street or the Marsha Sharp Freeway.

Texas Tech continues its non-conference home slate as the Lady Raiders host Alcorn State on Sunday for a 3 p.m. tip.
Sunday's game marks the third meeting between the two programs. This is the first meeting under head coaches Candi Whitaker and Courtney Pruitt.
In the last meeting, Texas Tech defeated Alcorn State, 90-55, on Nov. 24, 2007 in Lubbock. The teams have not met in Lorman, Miss.
