Texas Tech Announces Red & Black Series Schedule

Texas Tech will begin its annual Red and Black Series on Oct. 30 at Dan Law Field at Rip Griffin Park.

LUBBOCK, Texas -- Texas Tech head coach Tim Tadlock announced Tuesday the schedule for the annual Red and Black Series that begins Oct. 30 at Dan Law Field at Rip Griffin Park.
In addition to the series opener on Oct. 30, the Red Raiders will also host intersquad scrimmages on Nov. 1, Nov. 6, Nov. 8 and either Nov. 9 or Nov. 10. Team rosters and game times will be announced in the upcoming weeks.
The Red and Black Series marks the conclusion of Texas Tech's fall team period that began on Sept. 27. Texas Tech will resume team practices in January leading up to the start of the 2016 season.
All five games in the series will be open to the public. Fans unable to attend the series can follow updates on @TTU_Baseball on Twitter.
