- On top of setting a career-high with 67 assists, Karlyn Meyers was also 5-for-8 on the attack for a season-high .625 hitting percentage, which came close to breaking her career high of .636 set at Creighton in 2009. Her five kills were also a season-high.
- Meyers' 67 assists is the most for a Big 12 player this season with the previous high being 58 by Texas' Hannah Allison against Missouri on Sept. 22. The Tech school record for most assists in a match is 93 by Skydra Orzen against Missouri on Sept. 27, 2000.
- Alexxa Roberts' 14 kills broke her previous career high of six set most recently against Iowa State on Sept. 30, 2009. Roberts' previous career high for hitting percentage was also set against the Cyclones as she recorded a .417 percentage that night. She finished the Colorado match with a .462 hitting percentage.
- Amanda Dowdy's 37 kills is the most by a Big 12 player entering Wednesday night. The conference's previous high was 29 by Missouri's Pacia Ampudia last Saturday at Oklahoma. Missouri fell to the Sooners in only four sets, but through four sets tonight, Dowdy had 30 kills, giving her the high through four sets as well.
- Dowdy was set 87 times tonight, the second-most in school history. The Tech school record is 93 attempts by Kelly Johnson in her match versus Kansas State in 2002. The most attempts in the Big 12 this season is 73 by Kelsey Black of Texas A&M against Baylor on Oct. 6. Dowdy finished with a .287 hitting percentage, her highest total since facing Texas State (.314) earlier this season.
- Opposite of Dowdy and Piper, Miara Cave and Caroline Courtney were also able to contribute to the Tech attack as Cave finished with nine kills and Courtney recorded seven.

- Candice Neill posted double-digit digs for the second time in her Tech career with her previous best being 11 digs against Baylor earlier this season. She finished the night with 16.
