Texas Tech Start Indoor Season Ranked

Lubbock, Texas-The Texas Tech Lady Raiders track and field team will start the indoor season ranked No. 7 in the nation. Texas Tech is one of three Big 12 conference teams in the preseason rankings as Texas A&M and Texas are ranked eighth and 11th, respectively.
Seniors Irene Kimaiyo, Julianne Kennedy, Kelly Schulz and Louise Cox as well as junior indoor All-American and two-time indoors NCAA national champion Sally Kipyego look to lead the Lady Raiders for the 2008 season.
The Lady Raiders will begin their indoor season on January 18th at home as they will compete in the Texas Tech Invitational.
