Freshman left fielder Roger Kieschnick had his seven-game hit streak snapped today as he went 0-for-4 at the plate.
Senior third baseman Joey Callender went 3-for-4 at the plate with one RBI to lead the Texas Tech offense. Callender's RBI triple in the eighth ended OSU's shutout attempt.
Junior designate hitter Tyler Reves picked up his 12th home run of the season in the top of the ninth inning.
