Texas Tech Track and Field Hosts Winter Clinic

Lubbock, Texas - Texas Tech track and field will be hosting a winter coaching clinic Fri., Dec. 9 and Sat., Dec. 10. The clinic will be held on the west side of the Jones SBC football stadium, on suite level one.
All club, junior high, high school and college coaches are invited to attend the first annual Texas Tech Red Raider track and field clinic.
The clinic will feature Red Raider head coach Wes Kittley, Diane Wholey, Cliff Felkins, Rock Light, Jon Murray and Steve Silvey, from the Tech track and field staff. In addition to the Tech staff, Randy Martin from Abilene high school, Chris Beene from South Plains College and Steve McBride from Bishop Lynch high school will also be featured speakers.
The event will begin at 5 p.m. and run until 9:30 p.m. on Friday and will resume at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday and wrap up at 6:15 p.m.
