
Tech Track Adds Two for 2006 Season

Lubbock, Texas - Two West Texas sprinters will be joining Red Raider track next spring, it was announced today by head coach Wes Kittley.
Troy Price, a native of Tahoka, Texas, will add depth in the 400M. He is a standout at Tahoka high school with a personal best of 48.2 and a 4x400M split time of 47.0. He placed second at the 2A state meet with a clocking of 48.35.
Ryan Adkins will also join the sprints group as a 100M/200M runner. The Highland, Texas, native had personal bests of 10.57 and 21.63 in the 100M and the 200M, respectively. He was the 2005 1A state champion in the 100M (10.74) and the 200M (21.62).
