Lady Raider Tennis Heads to College Station for Tournament

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech women's tennis team is headed to College Station this weekend, Nov. 7-9, to compete in the Texas A&M Invitational. The Lady Raiders will be at full strength with all seven members competing in the dual match formatted tournament.
"I think we've played well so far, and at this point, after being under a new system and training, the team knows what is expected," stated head coach Cari Groce. "They need to get out and start performing at the level at which they are capable. We should see some good play this weekend."
This will be the last fall tournament for the Lady Raiders. The spring season will commence on Feb. 1 at North Texas, in Denton.
