Women's Tennis Announces 2002-03 Schedule

LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech Head Women's Tennis Coach Virginia Brown announced the 2002-03 women's tennis schedule today.
The schedule features a challenging non-conference slate that should give the Red Raiders a big boost of confidence before the start of Big 12 play. Texas Tech will play a total of nine home matches this season including Big 12 tilts with Texas, Missouri, Colorado, Nebraska and Kansas as well as non-conference matches against Iowa, Air Force, UTSA and Abilene Christian.
The fall portion of the schedule kicks off on Sept. 20 when the Red Raiders travel to Fort Worth, Texas to compete in the TCU Invitational. The first match of the spring season is set for Feb. 7 in Lubbock at the McLeod Tennis Center against UTSA.
