Women's Tennis Wraps Up Fall Season In Arizona

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech Lady Raider tennis team will complete the fall portion of its schedule this weekend at the Arizona State Thunderbird Invitational in Tempe, Ariz.
The doubles team of Irina Tereschenko and Beverly Dawson will look to add more wins to their current 6-1 overall mark. The duo recently advanced to the semi-finals of the Omni Hotels Southwest Regional Championships that was held in Fort Worth.
On the singles side, Tereschenko again leads the Lady Raiders as she is 7-1 on the season while Beverly Dawson is second on the team with five wins.
Action at the ASU Thunderbird Invitational gets underway at 8:30 a.m. (MT) on Friday with the doubles first-round while the singles main draw gets started at 9:30 a.m.
