Texas Tech-TCU Baseball Game Cancelled

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech baseball game with TCU scheduled for 3 p.m. on Tuesday has been cancelled due to forecasted inclement weather.
Texas Tech and TCU have rescheduled the game for Tuesday, April 11 with Tech traveling to the metroplex to face the Horned Frogs. Texas Tech was originally schedule to travel to Fort Worth on April 24 for the final match-up of the season between the two teams but TCU will come to Lubbock to complete the home and home series. No game times have been set for either game.
Texas Tech will now turn its focus to the preseason Big 12 favorite Nebraska Cornhuskers. Nebraska will come to Lubbock sporting a No. 15 national ranking according to the Baseball Weekly/ESPN Coaches Poll. The Huskers are 6-3 on the season after winning three games in the Mardi Gras Ball Tournament this past weekend. Texas Tech enters the match-up with a 12-6 record after winning a weekend series with New Mexico 2-1. Game times are 7 p.m. on Friday, 4 p.m. on Saturday and 1 p.m. on Sunday.
