JUNIOR SEASON (2022-23): Played in 26 games as a reserve where he averaged 2.4 points, 2.0 rebounds and 0.5 assists in 9.3 minutes per game… Scored a career-high 15 points in a non-conference win over Jackson State after going 7-for-10 from the field while also providing seven rebounds… Had nine points and five rebounds in the Big 12 opener at No. 18 TCU after going 4-for-5 from the field… Has played two seasons at Tech where has now scored 99 points and has 88 rebounds in 45 games played.
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2021-22): Allen averaged 1.9 points and 1.8 rebounds per game in his first season at Tech… He had a career-high eight rebounds and six rebounds in a home win over Kansas State… Allen played in 19 of 37 games for the Red Raiders, including having a five-rebound performance against Prairie View A&M and also scoring six against Omaha.

- Transferred from East Los Angeles College and arrived to Texas Tech with three years of eligibility remaining
- Team was featured on Netflix's Last Chance U
- Had 2020-21 season canceled completely due to COVID
- Played at East Los Angeles College for one season where he averaged 18.5 points, 9.3 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.8 steals per game as a freshman during the 2019-20 season
- Starter in all 30 games where the Huskies went 29-1 before the coronavirus cut the season short
- Earned South Coast Conference North Player of the Year after helping the team win 25 straight games and go 8-0 in conference play
- Shot 67.4 percent from the field as a freshman and averaged 20.4 points per game in conference play
- Scored a career-high 33 points by going 11-for-13 from the field against Mt. San Antonio and also had 31 against Copper Mountain where he was 12-for-14
- His third game of 30 came against Long Beach in a season where he would score in double digits in 26 games with 13 games of 20 or more
- In what turned out to be the season-finale, Allen scored 20 points on 7-for-10 shooting in a 68-58 win over Allan Hancock
- A Westchester High School graduate in Los Angeles where he helped lead his team to a 24-5 overall record
- He was the first signee for Adams who took over the Texas Tech head coaching position one week before signing Allen to the program.
