2016 SEASON (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN)
Played in three games before electing to transfer from Texas Tech University … rushed twice for 25 yards and a touchdown on the year, all of which that came in season opener versus Stephen F. Austin (9/3) … scampered 27 yards into the endzone late in win over the Lumberjacks … made appearances on special teams against both Kansas (9/29) and West Virginia (10/15).

Four-star prospect by ESPN, Scout and 247 Sports ... three-star prospect by Rivals ... member of the ESPN 300 (296) ... finalist for the Willie Ray Smith Award (Offensive MVP) ... First Team All-District 21-6A ... 2014 state champion in the 200m ... rushed for 1,215 yards in 2014 on 179 carries ... averaged 6.79 yards per carry ... scored nine touchdowns.
