2009 INDOOR: season best of 9:50.13 in the 3000M ... memeber of the distance medley relay that ran a 10:47.71 at the Tech Invitational.
2008 INDOOR: Competed in three events ... was a member of the 4X800M relay and the distance medley relay.
SOUTH PLAINS COLLEGE: As a sophomore contriubuted to team[apos]s success ... team claimed fourth at the cross country national championships ... won the national championship title in the half marathon for indoor and outdoor competition ... individually, he qualified to nationals steeple ... placed 40th at the half marathon ... qualified in DMR ... a member of the 4X800M relay ... the relay team took seventh at the NJCCA indoors meet ... personal best times have been clocked at 4:14 for the 1500M ... 2:00 for the 800M ... 10:11 3K steeple ... 16:04 5K ... and a 26:43 8K time .. as a freshman he won second as a team at the outdoor national championships.
