Friday's race will be the third meet of the season for the men's team while the women's side will be running in their second meet of the season. Headlining the past two weeks has been sophomore runner Titus Kimaru.
Kimaru opened the season two weeks ago winning the Cowboy Preview with a 5k time of 14:59.8 before crossing the line first last weekend at the Dr. Steve McCleery Invite with an 8k time of 23:34.9. He's been dubbed the Big 12 Conference Runner of the Week for two straight weeks, bringing his career total to five.
Over on the women's side, Lily Mather paced the squad at the Cowboy Preview as she finished sixth with a 3k time of 10:35.2. Lily Koenig (15th), Jenna Carter (19th) and Emily Orr (20th) rounded out the top-20.

The Red Raiders will be off until Friday, Oct. 2 when they travel to Terre Haute, Ind., for the Nice XC Town Twilight race.
