Lady Raiders return home for Pink Game vs. KU

Tech will host the Jayhawks for a 2 p.m. contest Saturday
LUBBOCK, Texas – Fresh off the program's third Top-25 victory of the season, the Texas Tech Lady Raiders return to United Supermarkets arena for a 2 p.m. contest against Kansas Saturday afternoon.
The contest will be the final Saturday home game for the Lady Raiders, and the annual Pink Game, as all fans are encouraged to wear pink.
INSIDE THE MATCHUP:

LAST TIME OUT:
The Lady Raiders used a 34-point performance in the fourth quarter, and 60 total second half points to cruise to a 97-87 victory over No. 15 Oklahoma. Senior All-American Vivian Gray erupted for 35 points to reach 2,000 points in her D-I career. Gray scored 10 points in the first, second and fourth quarters. Gray was joined by Taylah Thomas and Lexy Hightower in the 20-point club. Thomas scored 22 points on 8-of-14 shooting. The forward also grabbed 13 rebounds, while Hightower erupted for 20 points on 6-of-8 shooting. Tech outscored OU 60-50 in the second half to record the third top-25 victory over the season.
SCOUTING THE 'HAWKS:
Kansas enters Saturday's matchup having won six games in-a-row. The winning streak began with KU's 68-54 victory over OSU. Kansas' last loss was back on Jan. 26 against Iowa State. Two Jayhawks are scoring in double-figures led by Holly Kersgieter who is averaging 14.1 points. Zakiyah Franklin is the other Jayhawk that's scoring in double-figures (12.1 points). In total, six different Jayhawks are averaging at least 7.0 points a game.
