PILING ON THE POINTS
- Texas Tech scored at least 100 points for the first time since Dec. 6, 2004, vs. Miami (109).
- Texas Tech scored 57 points in the first half, its most points in a half since Nov. 27, 2011, when it scored 57 against UL-Monroe.
- Texas Tech shot 54.1% from the floor, its best shooting performance since Feb. 15, 2015, vs. Kansas State (54.0%).
- Tech outscored the Lions in the paint, 52-16, and 24-8 eight on second chance points. - Tech also excelled in transition, outscoring Southeastern Louisiana in fast break points, 26-4.
DE-FENSE
- The Lady Raiders only allowed SELA to shoot 25.4% from the field (17-67).
- Tech forced 27 SELA turnovers, and stole the ball 17 times, Tech's second straight game forcing 25+ turnovers and stealing the ball 15+ times.
- Tech held SELA's leading scorer, Taylin Underwood, to 2-11 from the flood and nine points.
- The Lady Raiders held SELA to 3-17 from three-point range. Opponents are now shooting 4-27 (14.8%) from long range against Tech this season.
