LUBBOCK, Texas -- Chynna Brown matched her season-high with 21 points but Angel Goodrich's 20 led three Kansas players in double figures as the Jayhawks finished the season sweep over Texas Tech with a 69-64 win Tuesday night at United Spirit Arena.
Brown became the first player this season to score 20 points or more in two games for Tech (17-10, 5-10 Big 12).
Kansas (18-9, 7-8) trailed by five with 8:32 to play before Natalie Knight hit the first of two consecutive 3-pointers to tie the game at 56-56 with less than seven minutes remaining. That sparked a 16-6 run that would help close out the game as the Jayhawks jumped out to a 69-62 lead - its largest of the night.
Aishah Sutherland added 15 points while Knight posted 12 for KU.
Tech and Kansas exchanged leads 10 times throughout the game as the Jayhawks failed to find an answer for Brown, who hit a career-high 10 field goals. It was the fifth time in seven game that Brown scored in double digits, starting for the fourth consecutive time this season.
Monique Smalls added 12 points and four assists while leading scorer Kierra Mallard had nine points and eight rebounds.
Tech will travel to College Station on Saturday to face No. 11 Texas A&M (19-7, 10-5) who lost 64-55 to Oklahoma on Tuesday.
