Lubbock, Texas - Texas Tech men's basketball completed their five-game homestand with a 5-0 record and play their first road game at Stephen F. Austin on Tuesday, November 24 at 7 PM.
Tuesday's game from Nacogdoches, Texas, will air on the Texas Tech Sports Network. In Lubbock, the game can be seen on KLBK-TV. ESPN is also picking up the game on ESPN Full Court. FOX Sports Southwest or FOX Sports Houston will carry in the game in the greater Houston area. MYTX-2 (Waco), WYTX-2 (Tyler), KCPN-33 (Amarillo), and KJBO-35 (Wichita Falls) have announced broadcasting the game. Last season, the Red Raiders stopped the Lumberjacks at the United Spirit Arena on New Year's Day, 69-55. Stephen F. Austin completed their 2008-2009 season with a record of 24 wins and 8 losses. They won the Southland Conference Tournament and ended their season with a NCAA First Round loss to Syracuse, 59-44.
Texas Tech's last win on the road came on February 20, 2008 at Colorado, 87-69. The last Red Raider non-conference win on the road was at Louisiana Tech on December 6, 2007.
The Red Raiders return to the United Spirit Arena to face the Samford Bulldogs on Saturday, November 28. The game will begin at 3:30 p.m.
