
Men's Tennis Doubles Duo Advances at All-American

LUBBOCK, Texas - Going up against some of the best collegiate players in the nation, Texas Tech's Bojan Szumanski and Christian Rojmar defeated two today at the 2007 Polo/Ralph Lauren Intercollegiate Tennis Association's All-American Invite in Tulsa, Okla.
Tech's top duo edged Ohio State's No. 7 team of Drew Eberly and Justin Kronauge 8-4 in the second round of play earlier today. In the quarter-finals the two went on to face Tulsa's Arnau Brugues and Ricardo Soriano, where they walked away with a close 9-7 victory. Next up, the pair will take on Mississippi's Jonas Berg and Erling Tveit in the semi-finals at noon today.
By advancing to the semi-finals of the ITA All-American, Szumanski and Rojmar automatically receive a bid into the main draw of the 2007 ITA Indoor Championships later in the fall.
