
Texas Tech Tennis Doubles Team in National Indoor Championships

LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech's Bojan Szumanski and Christian Rojmar will take the court Thurs., Nov. 1, for the first round of the 2007 ITA National Indoor Championships. The duo, ranked No. 10 nationally, are the first doubles team in Tech history to reach the National Indoors.
Szumanski and Rojmar received an automatic bid to play at Nationals after advancing in the semi-finals at the ITA All-American. They received a No. 3 seed and will face off against Robert Farah and Kaes Van't Hof of the University of Southern California.
This marks Szumanski's third time to play in this tournament after competing in 2006 and 2004 in the singles. The tournament, hosted by Ohio State, gets underway 8 a.m. at the Racquet Club of Columbus in Columbus, Ohio.
