
Rojmar Wins Singles Consolation Draw in Austin

Lubbock, Texas - The Texas Tech men's tennis team completed day three of competition at the Texas Invitational, in Austin, Texas, on Sunday. Freshman Christian Rojmar won the singles consolation draw.
In the consolation singles final, Rojmar cruised past Luis Diaz-Barriga of Texas, 6-1, 6-1. In the main doubles draw, Rojmar and Bojan Szumanksi were topped by Nallon and Wooten of Texas A&M, 8-5. In the doubles consolation draw, Michael Breler and Dimitrio Martinez edged Agis and Buksik of UT-Arlington, 8-6.
The Texas Invitational concludes the Red Raiders' fall schedule. They will resume spring play on Feb. 4.
