
Men's Tennis Heads to Waco and Tulsa

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech men's tennis team will travel to Waco, Texas, for the Baylor Intercollegiate and to Tulsa, Okla., for the Tulsa Invitational Sept. 24-26.
At the Baylor Intercollegiate the Red Raiders will be one of 19 teams competing in the tournament. There will be two singles brackets and a doubles bracket. Senior Esat Tanik will open up his fall season at the tournament. Freshman Adrian Prpic will continue his season after competing in the Texas Fall Invitational last weekend. PrPic went 2-1 in singles play and teamed up with senior Michael Innerebner to go 0-2 in doubles in Austin.
At the Hurricane Invitational the Red Raiders will be one of eight teams competing. They will be competing against Arkansas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Rice, SMU, Texas, Texas A&M and Tulsa. Senior Jakob Paulsen and sophomore Bojan Szumanski will open up their fall season at the tournament.
The Red Raiders will be in action again on Oct. 9-11 in the USTA Futures in Lubbock, Texas.
