LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) - Cisti Greenwalt scored 19 points and had 15 rebounds to lead No. 12 Texas Tech to a 66-55 victory over Rice on Monday night.
Greenwalt hit 7-of-18 from the field and 5-of-8 from the free throw line for the Lady Raiders (1-0). Alesha Robertson added 18 points for Texas Tech.
Michelle Woods led Rice (2-2) with 15 points and 11 rebounds.
Tech's Erin Grant sat out with an injured foot, breaking a string of 68 consecutive starts.
