Red Raider Basketball Set to Host Open Practice

LUBBOCK, Texas - Red Raider basketball fans have another opportunity to get a glimpse of their 2004-2005 team on Wed., Nov. 3, at 4 p.m. in the United Spirit Arena.
Coach Bob Knight has invited university faculty, staff, and students as well as all local fans to watch the Red Raiders during their two-hour workout on Wednesday afternoon.
Coach Knight will also hold a question-and-answer session at the conclusion of practice.
The Red Raiders have also planned two intra-squad games on November 4 and November 11. Both games will tip-off at 7 p.m.
The first game of the 2004-2005 season will be Nov. 19 at 7 p.m. against the Bulldogs of UNC Asheville. This marks the first meeting between the two teams
All west doors will be open for fans to enter the United Spirit Arena. Seating for the open practice will be on the lower level on a first-come-first-serve basis.
