LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech men's tennis team heads to Fort Worth, Texas, today to compete in the Rolex Tournament held at Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center on the TCU campus.
The Red Raiders are sending eight individuals who will compete in both singles and doubles. Along with Tech, teams from Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana will be competing in the weekend event.
Seeds will not be drawn until later tonight.
"Royce Ramey is seated in the singles," according to Head Tennis Coach Tim Siegel. "We are expecting to have a great tournament," said Siegel.
Co-captain Ramey will look to build on last week's success after he advanced to the finals of the Midland Invitational.
First round matches will start at 8:30 a.m. Friday morning.
