Tech Men's Golf in First After Two Rounds

LUBBOCK, TEXAS - The Texas Tech men's golf team is in first place after two complete rounds at the SFA Crown Classic in Lufkin, Texas. The squad shot a 300 in round one and a 287 in round two to take the lead.
David Bolen leads the Red Raiders in fourth place after shooting a 144 after two rounds. Brad Jacobson is one stroke behind Bolen in fifth place. Kyle Willmann is in a 10th place tie after shooting a round one 72 and round two 75.
Red Raider newcomer Brian Smith shot a round one 77 and round two 76 to tie for 35th place. Mark Hull rounds out the roster in a 67th place tie after shooting a 159.
Play will conclude today.
