?Syracuse is a very good team,? said head coach Felix Oskam. ?We are not ashamed to lose to a good team, but we are disappointed that we allowed two goals in the first half. We tried to make adjustments for the second half, then they scored in the first 10 minutes and that really broke our back.?
The Red Raiders, 3-4-1, will travel to Fort Worth, Texas next weekend for a Friday (Sept. 24) game with TCU at 4 p.m. and then play Northwestern State on Saturday (Sept. 25) at 2 p.m.
