Sophia Scholz enters her first season as the Director of Soccer Operations in 2026. Sophia joined Texas Tech Soccer before the 2026 season and after spending nearly three years working at United Supermarkets Arena where she served as the event coordinator. Scholz is a 2022 graduate of Texas Tech where she earned her bachelors degree in Sports Management, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
