Charlotte [Teeter] Masters enters her third season as an assistant coach at her alma matter. A former two-year captain and a veteran of 90 career games, Masters serves as one of the Red Raiders assistant coaches.
Since joining the Red Raiders before the 2024 season, Masters has helped Tech to back-to-back 35 goal seasons, 29 total wins and back-to-back NCAA Tournament Round of 32 apperances.
In 2025 Masters helped mentor the Red Raiders five First Team All-Big 12 selections after a successful 2024 season that saw four players named First Team All-Big 12. Under her tutelage, junior Taylor Zdrojewski scored 16 goals in 2025, the third-most in a single season while defender Macy Blackburn set a Texas Tech single-season record for most assists in season with 13.
A true leader, Masters scored 14 goals and tallied nine assists in her five year career, helping the Red Raiders to a 54-25-17 record, highlighted by a pair of trips to the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament.
Charlotte and her husband, former Red Raider Baseball standout, Cody, reside in Lubbock.
