Texas Tech introduces ‘Every Seat Counts’ program

New ticket incentive program will reward Red Raider Club priority points and give new ways to donate tickets when unable to attend Texas Tech home events
LUBBOCK, Texas – Texas Tech Athletics will introduce a new ticket incentive program this academic year named "Every Seat Counts," which is designed to reward Red Raider Club members based on their attendance at home football and men's basketball games.
As part of the program, original ticket holders who attend at least 75 percent of home contests will be awarded with Red Raider Club priority points for ensuring both Galaxy Stadium and United Supermarkets Arena continue to boast capacity crowds. Texas Tech will distribute five priority points for original account holders who utilize their tickets for 75 to 84 percent of home contests, 15 points for 85 to 99 percent and then 25 points for every home event in either football or men's basketball.
The priority points system rewards continued support and loyalty to all Red Raider Club members and season ticket holders. The system is designed to provide an equitable and transparent method of distributing Red Raider Club benefits that exist in limited quantities, such as away game tickets and postseason tickets, to name a few.
Even when a season ticket holder is unable to attend a home game, Texas Tech has created several avenues to ensure their seats are filled to root on the Red Raiders, including the following:
RETURNING TICKETS
Can't make a game? Return your tickets to Texas Tech, so they can be donated or offered to other Red Raider fans. Texas Tech Athletics is proud to support the Veteran Tickets Foundation (Vet Tix), which will be the primary recipient of donated tickets. Texas Tech will offer one priority point per ticket returned for the purpose of the Vet Tix program. Points will also be awarded to the original owner each time donated tickets are utilized.
TRANSFERRING TICKETS
Season ticket holders can easily transfer their seats to family, friends or fellow Red Raider fans through the online ticket portal at TexasTech.com or the Texas Tech Mobile App.

Tickets can be listed for sale at any time through SeatGeek, the official secondary ticket provider of Texas Tech Athletics.
